What Does the System Do?

i-Detect scans the surface of panels passing through the production line in real time and detects potential defects. It can identify surface anomalies such as stains, scratches, dents, color variations, pattern inconsistencies, or bubbles without slowing down the production flow.

The key differentiator of i-Detect is that, unlike traditional quality control systems, it does not require a predefined “defect library.” i-Detect does not need to know in advance what to look for; instead, it detects deviations between “what should be” and “what is.”
